Admission Cancellation

Students or parents wishing to cancel admission must submit a written refund request along with the fee receipt and student details.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests submitted before the commencement of classes may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
  • Once classes have started, the refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated based on the classes attended and study materials provided.
  • Registration fees, admission processing fees, and study material charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Non-attendance after admission.
  • Voluntary discontinuation of the course without written notice.
  • Violation of institute rules and regulations.
  • Completion of a substantial portion of the course.
  • Scholarship, promotional, or special offer admissions where specifically mentioned as non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the bank account provided by the student or parent.
  • Additional documents may be requested for verification purposes.

Batch Transfer

Students may request a transfer to another batch or program subject to seat availability and management approval.
