Admission Cancellation
Students or parents wishing to cancel admission must submit a written refund request along with the fee receipt and student details.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests submitted before the commencement of classes may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
- Once classes have started, the refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated based on the classes attended and study materials provided.
- Registration fees, admission processing fees, and study material charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Non-attendance after admission.
- Voluntary discontinuation of the course without written notice.
- Violation of institute rules and regulations.
- Completion of a substantial portion of the course.
- Scholarship, promotional, or special offer admissions where specifically mentioned as non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.
- Refunds will be credited only to the bank account provided by the student or parent.
- Additional documents may be requested for verification purposes.
Batch Transfer
Students may request a transfer to another batch or program subject to seat availability and management approval.
